Hatherly Happenings
School Supplies for 2025-2026 School Year
- In the past, we have sent out School Kidz order forms to order your children’s supplies for next year.
- This year, we are using the proceeds from our Fun Run Fundraiser to purchase supplies for all Hatherly students!
- A big thank you to the PTO for planning the Fun Run and organizing this incredible opportunity for our Hatherly families!
- The PTO will arrange for all school supplies for students to arrive prior to the first day of school.
4th & 5th Grade Track & Field Meet
- It was wonderful to see our 4th and 5th grade students competing in the district-wide track meet.
- Each year, our incredible Physical Education staff organizes this event for our students.
- Thank you to our favorite PE Teacher, Mr. Puzzangara, for giving his time and energy to organizing this positive athletic event for our students.
- Also, a shout out to our teachers, Ms. Pescatore, Mrs. Flynn, and Mrs. Nyberg for helping out at the track meet.

Hatherly Graduating Seniors Visit
- Last Friday, our graduating seniors visited Hatherly one last time.
- It was wonderful to hear about their plans for next year and to see what incredible adults they have become!
- Our former principal, Mrs. Fitzmaurice, sent a congratulations video for these seniors as they were her last fifth grade class as a principal!
- Hatherly School is very proud!
End of Year METCO Celebration
- Join us for an afternoon of fun, music, games, food, and ice cream—this is a great way to kick off the summer and honor the hard work and achievements of our students, families, and their supporters!
- Come together to celebrate our K-12 students on another successful year with Scituate METCO!

Glow Day
- GLOW Day is coming to Hatherly and we are in need of a few parent volunteers to help bring it to life!
- What is GLOW Day?
- GLOW Day is an in school day of fun activities with a neon twist.
- Expect glow in the dark, glow sticks, and neon everything!
- Let's turn the gym into a blacked out, GLOWY setting for our kids to have a fun filled day of activities!
